PEDV nsp14 suppressed the expression of proinflammatory cytokines in HEK293T cells. A-D HEK293T cells were transfected with 1 μg vector plasmids or Flag-nsp14 expression plasmids. At 24 hpt, cells were infected with SeV for 16 h, andmRNA levels of IL-1β (A), IL-6 (B), MCP1 (C) and TNF-α (D) were measured via qPCR analysis. E-F HEK293T cells were transfected with 1 μg vector plasmids or Flag-nsp14 expression plasmids.
