PEDV nsp14 suppressed the expression of proinflammatory cytokines in porcine intestinal epithelial cells. A-C IPEC-J2 cells were transfected with 1 μg vector plasmids or Flag-nsp14 expression plasmids. At 24 hpt, cells were infected with SeV for 24 h, and mRNA levels of IL-1β (A), IL-6 (B) and TNF-α (C) were measured via qPCR analysis. D, E IPEC-J2 cells were transfected with 1 μg vector plasmids or Flag-nsp14 expression plasmids. At 24 hpt, cells were treated with TNF-α (30 ng/mL) or mock-treated for 8 h, and mRNA expression levels of IL-1β (D), IL-6 (E) and TNF-α (F) were measured via qPCR analysis. *, P < 0.05; **, P < 0.01; *** P < 0.001
