Measurement of Cap-specific antibody levels and PCV2-specific Nab levels in sera. Levels of specific antibodies, including IgG (A), IgG1 (B) and IgG2a (C), and neutralizing antibodies against the PCV2 JH strain were measured by ELISA at 35 dpi (day post immunization).
