MGF505-3R suppressed the phosphorylation levels of signaling molecules. A-B HEK293T cells were cotransfected with Flag-cGAS (500 ng), Flag-STING (500 ng), and HA-MGF505-3R plasmids (1 μg). Twenty-four hours after transfection, the cells were collected at the indicated times. C-F Twenty hours after transfection with HA-MGF505-3R, HEK293T cells were left untreated or treated with poly (dG:dC) (1.5 μg) for 12 h before being collected. “+” represents transfected, “-” represents nontransfected. For all cell lysates, the target proteins were detected by western blotting. Quantitative analysis of protein blots was performed using ImageJ software. All experiments were repeated independently at least thrice. The data from independent experiments are shown as the mean ± SD; n=3. *P<0.05, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001
