MGF505-3R interacts with cGAS, TBK1 and IRF3 in the cGAS-STING pathway. A-C HEK293T cells were cotransfected with HA-MGF505-3R expression plasmid (1 μg) and Flag-tagged molecular expression plasmids (cGAS, STING, TBK1, IRF3) (1 μg) for 24 h. “+” represents transfected, “-” represents nontransfected. For Co-IP experiments, western blotting analysis was performed with the indicated antibodies to evaluate whole cell lysates (WCLs) and immunoprecipitated complexes.
