Inhibition of MGF505-3R-mediated TBK1 degradation. A-E Signaling molecule plasmids (Flag-cGAS, Flag-STING, Flag-TBK1, Flag-IKKε, Flag-IRF3) (200 ng) were cotransfected into HEK293T cells with increasing doses of HA-MGF505-3R (50 ng, 100 ng, 200 ng), and the cells were collected after 24 h. F-H HA-MGF505-3R plasmid (200 ng) and TBK1 plasmid (200 ng) were cotransfected into HEK293T cells for 24 h. 3-MA (10 mM) was added 6 h before sample collection. All samples were analyzed by Western blotting with the indicated antibodies and quantitative analysis of protein blots using ImageJ software. All data from 3 independent experiments are expressed as the mean ± SD. *P<0.05, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001
