The inhibitory activity of Ilex purpurea Hassk or Echinacea extracts on different PRV and PEDV subtypes. Vero cells were infected with either PRV or PEDV at an MOI of 0.01 in the presence and absence of CHE. After incubation for 23 h, the viral mRNA expression level was analyzed by RT‒qPCR.
